Conflict of Interest Policy

Casarates may receive commissions from partner financial institutions when a mortgage is successfully formalised. These commissions are paid by the banks and do not represent any additional cost to the client. Our recommendations are always based on the best terms for the client, not on the commission received.

We maintain a panel of over 15 financial institutions, ensuring a wide and competitive selection for our clients.

Data Processing Information

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. We only collect data necessary for mortgage intermediation and never share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
